We offer various shipping options, In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We aim to deliver your order 5-7 days from time of purchase, however this is not guaranteed and on occasion shipping can take longer, if your shipment is delayed please contact us atĀ info@walkease.co.uk.

Shipping information:

Customers may be subject to import duties depending on order value however, VAT is included in purchase price. If you have any questions surrounding these points please contact us at info@walkease.co.uk.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.
